AI Service We Use

TrustMint integrates with Google Gemini (Gemini 2.5 Flash) via the Generative Language API to provide AI-powered features within the platform.

What AI Is Used For

We use Google Gemini to:

• Generate email template suggestions for review request campaigns.
• Draft reply suggestions for customer feedback.

All AI-generated content is presented as suggestions. You always have full control to edit, accept, or discard any suggestion before it is sent.

What Data Is Shared with AI

We send only the context needed for the AI feature you choose to use:

• Email-template generation uses business details and the instructions you provide; it does not use a customer's email address or phone number.
• Reply drafting uses the business details, rating, and review or private-feedback text so the suggestion can address the specific experience. TrustMint replaces the known customer or reviewer name with a placeholder before sending the request to Gemini, then restores the first name locally in the generated draft.

AI drafting is optional and initiated by the account user. Do not submit health information, payment details, or other sensitive personal data for AI processing. The AI integration and Google Contacts import are separate features; contact lists are not shared with Gemini.

Data Processing

Google Gemini processes requests in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service. We do not use AI-generated outputs for training or any purpose beyond providing suggestions to you within the TrustMint platform.
