AI Service We Use

TrustMint integrates with Google Gemini (Gemini 2.5 Flash) via the Generative Language API to provide AI-powered features within the platform.

What AI Is Used For

We use Google Gemini to:

• Generate email template suggestions for review request campaigns.
• Draft reply suggestions for customer feedback.

All AI-generated content is presented as suggestions. You always have full control to edit, accept, or discard any suggestion before it is sent.

What Data Is Shared with AI

Only the minimal context needed to generate a relevant suggestion is sent to Google Gemini (e.g. your business name and industry when generating email templates). No customer personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, or contact information) is ever sent to the AI service. The AI integration and the Google Contacts import are entirely separate features with no data shared between them.

Data Processing

Google Gemini processes requests in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service. We do not use AI-generated outputs for training or any purpose beyond providing suggestions to you within the TrustMint platform.
