Why we built TrustMint
Every local business owner knows the feeling: you deliver great service day after day, but your online reviews don't reflect it. Your competitor across the street has 300 Google reviews and you have 23 - not because they're better, but because they figured out how to ask.
We looked at the tools available and found a gap. Birdeye, Podium, Reputation.com - they're built for enterprises with hundreds of locations and budgets to match. They charge $300-500/month, require onboarding calls, and come with features 95% of small businesses will never use.
On the other end, there are free tools that don't do much more than send a Google review link. Nothing in between. Nothing that's powerful enough to work, simple enough to set up in minutes, and affordable enough for a single-location restaurant or salon.

So we built TrustMint.
We're a small, independent team based in Bulgaria, building for businesses across Europe. We chose to host in the EU, build GDPR into the product (not bolt it on), and price it fairly - because that's what we'd want as business owners ourselves.
