Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TrustMint, you agree to these Terms of Service. TrustMint is operated by KADIVEL EOOD (UIC 208282493), 9 Boris Rumenov Str, Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are using TrustMint on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TrustMint is a review collection tool that helps businesses send review requests to their customers via email, host branded review landing pages, and track review analytics.

The optional business finder includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of those features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

The Google Business Profile audit requires you to authorize access to a profile you are permitted to manage. TrustMint does not automatically edit the connected profile; profile actions are performed only when you explicitly initiate them.

Google Contacts import and Google Calendar connection are optional. If you connect a calendar, you choose which calendar to use and whether eligible appointment guests are added as customers. Review request emails after appointments require a separate setting that you control. TrustMint does not edit your calendar events.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not use TrustMint for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• One person or business per account. Accounts cannot be shared.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send review requests to people who are not your genuine customers.
• Use TrustMint to send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Upload fake customer data or generate fraudulent reviews.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform.
• Violate any applicable laws, including GDPR and anti-spam regulations.

5. Payment and Billing

• Setting up your account is free. Using TrustMint after setup requires a paid plan, billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• All prices are in EUR. We don't add VAT. Business customers established in another EU member state account for any VAT due under the reverse-charge procedure.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel your first subscription from Account → Billing within 30 days of its start, your plan ends immediately and we refund every payment made for it in full, including annual plans. The guarantee applies once per account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
• After the first 30 days you can still cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period and is not renewed. Payments for periods that have already started are not refunded.
• When you cancel, we ask why so we can improve TrustMint. Your answer never affects your refund.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current price until renewal.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of TrustMint is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you are the data controller for your customers' personal data and that TrustMint acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to add customer or appointment guest details to TrustMint and to contact those people with review requests.

7. Intellectual Property

TrustMint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KADIVEL EOOD and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain all rights to your business data and content uploaded to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, TrustMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
